When can we buy Chuggington Toys????

On 15/10/09 I found an official Chuggington Long sleeved boys T-shirt for sale in Next, price £9. White t-shirt with grey arms. It has a picture of Wilson, Brewster and Koko on the front!

Hi Christina, I’m not sure, Learning Curve also make some Thomas the Tank Engine trains which my Son has, they are just a little too small for the normal Brio Style track, but he still uses them on there! I hope they will be the right size, but it may well be that they will have their own track available in the future. I will try and find out for you though.

Please could you let me know…when you are going to do the chuggington trains/toys.

My son has loved chuggington since he was 4 months old!! I know.. bad move to pt him so young infront of the tv.. but i was feeding him one day and chuggington came on… he eyes wouldnt leave the screen!! and when i turned it off he screamed… well he was addicted too young… but now hes 11 months old and only watchs chugginton… he wont look at the tv any other time…
I would love to get him some chugger toys for his 1st birthday next month!! why havent they produced any yet…

Im so happy to hear about the trains! My son absolutely loves Chuggington… Im also so happy that its works with the Thomas track. We live in Canada, will these trains be available in Canada this year?

The official release date I’ve always heard from Learning Curve is early 2011 or late 2010 for the US release of the toys. This may be brought forward, but who knows really? According to learning curve the diecast chugginton trains are not compatible with the wooden brio/ thomas track and they are making a wooden version. Does anyone know when these will be available?

Does anyone know more about when chuggington trains compatible with the thomas/brio/bigjigs wooden rail will be coming out? My son is longing to add his “latest craze” to his already very diverse wooden set! It seems strange that learning curve haven’t covered this angle sooner as so many children will be passing through the train phase just now, who already have perhaps handed down track from older children, and i don’t know a single child who isn’t chugger-mad, but who may well be into something else by the time these trains come out!

Hi Ros, unfortunately they are about 2 mm to small to fit comfortably on the tracks. We have a huge box of the Wooden track I think you have and although my son loves playing with his chuggers on the track, its a bit disappointing that they don’t have magnets so they hook up with the brio style trains or that they are that little bit too small! Daft really, they could have made them just a little wider.
