    Hi,

I live in the U.S.A. and my son is obsessed with Chuggington, too. I was trying to pre-order some Chuggington toys, but Amazon UK doesn’t ship to the US. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Kerry Roy

  • Chugger

    Hi Kerry

I’m not sure.. I’ll keep my eye out for other shops that might ship them out to you, hopefully it won’t be long until you can get them in the US.

  • Amelia

I’ve been digging around the web and can’t find any way for US fans to get Chuggington toys yet. Someone in the UK stands to make a fortune if they will sell them on ebay and ship to the US!!

I know I’ll be watching ebay come March!

Hi i just bought today a wilson interactive toy and brewster. And in the store the toy didn’t work good the speaker was kinda slow so i thought the battery would be low. but now i changed the battery and the problem stills there! the speakers aren’t loud enough. brewster works well. but the other toy not. what can i do?

  • Josh

Are you familiar with any error where they have sold frostini in the mtambo packaging? We found one today at toys ‘r’ us and were curious about it.

  • Kelly

Can anyone tell me if i’m able to fix my son’s Wilson. He received the interactive set for Christmas, but now Wilson won’t work & we’ve already changed the batteries. Thanks

  • Dennis

I found a Zephie in a Chatsworth package, so it sounds like there have been some production issues. I’ll have to keep an eye out for the Frostini/Mtambo error!

Does anyone know if the brown harrison that appears in one eposode is being made into a toy?
And there is a eposode where Irving is purple color. Is this Irving as well going to be a toy?

Our son is just a big fan too of all this, from sunny Australia………..

Does anyone know the address for Chuggington – I am trying to write them a letter about their Die Cast Training Yard with Loop Action Playset, and I can not seem to find their address anywhere. I am not happy with the product at all, and would like to send them a letter to let them know my opinion about the product especially after spending $25.00 on the item, and listen to my 3 year old beg me for it for months only to put it together and have it not work properly. I can’t return it because it was the last one and it is only sold at Target. I just really need to find out who to address the letter to.

    Hi Anita

I’m planning on spending some time updating Chugtoys, its been a while! I’ve been a little busy over the last month or so as I got married so unfortunatly my sites have suffered! I’ll have a good look around and find out when or if they are out yet.

    All the best

hi. just wondered do u still do the chuggington magazine in the uk. would love to get them for my little boy who is mad on the chuggers. thanks hayley.

  • Windolf

Have recently bought a chuggington track set and was disapointed to find that one of the pieces of track has been melted and can  ot be joined to the other pieces of track.  Do you know who I should contact to talk to about this?

  • http://www.chugtoys.com Chugtoys

    Hi Windolf

I would personally take it back to the shop if you have the recipt, then I’m sure they would replace it for you as its faulty. Although not sure how things like this are down there, thats what its like in the UK. Alternatively I would contact either Chuggington direct via chuggington.com or you could try the company that makes the toys LearningCurve, i’m sure they will help you out.

Let us know how you get on

    All the best

Does anyone know when the interactive old puffer pete will be available

  • Rich Marsh1

Hi please can you let me know if the interactive trains fit into the wilson carry case

    Cheers

  • Chugtoys

Hello Rich, sorry but no they won’t the Wilson case is for the Diecast Toys and the Interactive ones are bigger.

  • http://www.chugtoys.com Chugtoys

    Hi Rich

No I don’t think they do, my son doesn’t have one himself, but I do know that the Wilson carry case was designed for the die-cast toys and the interactive ones are bigger.

  • Dgkinsey

That is correct.  The interactive chuggers are too large to fit into the Wilson carry case.  The red partitions do slide out so you can fit some of the bigger die cast trains in there, like Emery, etc.

  • Kerry-louise86

hello i am looking to buy my son a wilson statue (from the last competion) but haven’t been able to locate one anywhere can you tell me how much this train retails at and where i could get one from.
    many thanks kerry-louise

  • Rita Broadley

    Hi

I would love to purchase a range of chuggington, and I am thinking of the interactive range.  However I am struggling to find out some information.

Thomas the tank engine range move automatically on the track with the flick of a switch, which you can turn off to move the trains manually.  Does the interactive range of chuggington do the same?

I would be very greatfull for your quick responce as Im wanting to purchace for a December Birthday!

    Kind Regards

    Rita

    Hello Rita

I’m affraid they don’t no, they are children powered, but they do interact with their surroundings, like the playsets and other chuggers when they go near them.

    Hi

Over the christmas period my son has recieved numerous chuggington play sets & loves them to bits, he was given a set from a friend but there seems to be a problem with some parts. The set he has is the “Chuggington Die Cast Training Yard playset” (the onw with the loop the loop) when first reading the instructions & putting the track together we realised thet there where 2No B2 pieces of track and no piece B3 as a result we are not able to build the track fully. I would take it back to the shop but as this was a pressent from a friend i have no idea where it came from or have a reciept. Can you please let know the best way to get this part B3 for the above track.

    Many thanks
    Steve F
