In the US, be sure to catch the Series 2 premiere on Disney Junior this Monday, Feb 14, at 10:30am ET/PT. Make sure you catch this series, we have been watching this in the Uk for a good few months now and I have to say you are in for a real treat! You are going to love the new chuggers Hoot and Toot and of course the new Old chugger Speedy.

UK fans will also be able to watch some brand new Badge Quest mini-episodes at 17.40 every weekday on CBeebies! In my experience these are great when your kids want "just one more program please!" they are short, sweet and educational!

What's Badge Quest? Badge Quests are short features of the trainees trying to accomplish specific tasks. If they prove successful, a special merit badge is rewarded. Each quest lasts only a couple minutes, so it's a quick way to get your Chuggington fix!

When its switched off you can still use it as a normal push along toy so even if the batteries run out you can still have a chugtastic time.Speaking of batteries you will need six AA batteries, that's three each for the remote control and Wilson. You will unfortunately have to buy these separately, but get yourself some re-chargeable ones and your little chugger will be set for ages and ages!

Your Chuggington Radio Control Wilson will work in an area of around 20ft or about 7m, but it should work outside this area but it might not be quite as responsive to your commands.

I have to say I was a little disappointed as I like many other parents had got my Son loads and loads of Brio style track and had loads handed down from older family members, so yes slight disappointment.

Although my Son still enjoys playing with his Diecast Chuggers at the back of my mind I think I was holding of buying all of them just in case they decided to bring out brio compatible ones.

Well then the other day I was having a look round the big sites to see what was new in the world of Chuggington and bam I hit a gold mine that for some reason I had totally missed until now, maybe its because they have only just come out? Well anyway enough of my babbling, let me tell you the good news, the Chuggington Die-cast Toys are not the only Chugtoys on the block, they have been joined by a new older brother welcome to the future and the future is the new range of Learning Curve Chuggington Interactive Toys!

So what makes Chuggington Interactive so good? Well the trains interact with each other and talk to each other just like in the TV show, they will also interact depending on where they are on the track, say they get to the quarry, they will know they are at the quarry! Cool hey?
